Care that meets you where you are- with tools you can actually use.
Be Well Healing & Wellness Center offers therapy,, coaching, and yoga-based support designed to help you regulate stress, work though anxiety and depression, and rebuild stability- one step at a time.
Nervous-system-aware support
Rather than pushing through stress or ignoring emotional signals, we work with your nervous system- not against it. You'll learn how to recognize patterns, regulate responses, and build internal safety so decisions aren't driven by overwhelm or fear.
Depth over surface-level strategies
If you're here, you've likely outgrown motivational quotes and surface advice. Our work goes deeper- exploring the beliefs, experiences, and habits shaping your current reality. Awareness becomes the foundation for sustainable change, not just temporary relief.
Intentional movement forward
Healing doesn't mean staying stuck in reflection. Together, we translate insight into aligned action- at a pacy that feels supportive, not overwhelming. Progress here is measured, embodied, and rooted in self-trust.
Want support that feels grounded, affirming, and not rushed
Know something needs to shift- but aren't sure where to start

I’ve been through so many group programs, coaches, and freebie classes. The marketing approaches were always “my way or the highway” or completely fluff from people who liked to hear themselves talk. Kayla and I got right to business. We skipped the trendy strategy jargon I’m accustomed to and she used her sharp eye to pinpoint my growth opportunities.

From the beginning, I felt listened to and supported. The environment was calm, and the approach felt very intentional. I appreciated being able to show up as I was without pressure, and that made a big difference for me.

Therapy is an ongoing process of applying insight and support in real life.
We focus on practicing tools, adjusting strategies, and supporting sustainable growth over time.
Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be impacting your well-being.
This phase builds insight and awareness with compassion and care.
We begin by understanding what brings you to therapy.
This phase focuses on listening, identifying current stressors, and clarifying what support feels most helpful for you.
Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?
Yes. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. During the intake process, we’ll determine which option best supports your needs, schedule, and comfort level. Both formats are held with the same level of care, confidentiality, and intention.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or simply curious about understanding yourself more deeply—therapy can be a helpful next step. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit. Many people come to therapy for clarity, support, and sustainable change.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is a space to slow down. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what support might look like moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this is about building safety and trust at your pace.
How often do we meet?
Session frequency is individualized. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others meet bi-weekly or as needed. Together, we’ll decide what feels most supportive and sustainable for you.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Therapy is confidential and grounded in professional and ethical standards. There are a few legal exceptions related to safety, which we will review together so you feel fully informed and supported.
What if I'm not sure what I want to work on?
That’s okay. Many people come to therapy with a feeling rather than a clear goal. Part of our work together is identifying patterns, clarifying needs, and understanding what support feels most helpful for you
